Shipping and Delivery

We aim to provide a seamless and timely delivery experience for all physical product orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays.

  Delivery Timeline:
  We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days from the date of dispatch. The exact delivery timeline depends on your location and the courier service used. While we strive for timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to logistical challenges or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  Shipping Partners:
  We collaborate with reliable and reputed courier services to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you via SMS and/or email.

  Delivery Charges:
  Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

  Incorrect Address:
  It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. NDA Abhilasha will not be held liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  Failed Deliveries:
  If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability or incorrect address, the courier may re-attempt delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, re-dispatch may incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.

  Inspection on Delivery:
  We recommend that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears to be tampered with or damaged, we strongly advise recording a video during unboxing and contacting our support team immediately for resolution.
