1. Product Types We Offer

  • Books and Study Material (Physical Products)

2. Online Courses – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the instant access and digital nature of our online courses:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once access is granted.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure (course not accessible within 7 business days)

  • Purchase of an unavailable course

3. Physical Products – Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with our books. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Books that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

  • Return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Discounted or clearance items, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, valid proof such as an unboxing video is required for claim verification.

Refund Policy:
If a return request is approved for an eligible item, the applicable refund will be credited to your account within 10 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment unless stated otherwise.

Return Process:

  1. Email info@ndaabhilasha.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund (shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our error).

Shipping for Returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Cancellations

  • Online Courses: Cancellations are not allowed after purchase due to immediate digital access.

  • Books: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
